Last year, 17-year-old Sarah Phillip's mum died of cervical cancer. On the night that her mum passed away, Sarah recorded a cover of the Paolo Nutini song, Autumn, (on her mobile phone, no less!) which was then posted onto YouTube alongside a backing track and clips from family videos. The song has now had over 400,000 views and was later released as a single - it even reached the top ten on the iTunes chart! Sarah talks to Shout about her amazing story...
