They've arrived. Tonight, diners L20 will have the distinct pleasure of sampling Red Carabineros from Northern Spain. I must say, these things are stunning in so many ways. The deep, blood red color of the aimals in the raw state is completely unique. There's a deep sweet shellfish aroma clinging to the roe and under body with the beads still curled around to protect. The massive size of the body section is teaming with unctuous innards begging to be sopped up. Ok, I need to go change, I think I soiled myself.
