Today's shaping up to be the day of bloody delights. Western Canterburry Kings have decended for their last time on our Chicago coolers until maybe April. The season has come to a conclusion and we hit up the final harvest prit-tay heavy!!! We'll start looking towards northern waters to fill our kingly needs in the upcoming weeks but until then Chefs, revel in the delights of these enormous bodied, tiny headed wonders that are our southern New Zealand beasts.
