Now if you interested to learn about Korean internet speak here we go :

BoA to #Rain :지빵 방가 (jlbbang banggk)
[Trans] “Nice to meet you Jihoon oppa!

지: Presumably 지훈 (Jihoon) because she was tweeting Rain/Jihoon
빵bbang: Short for 오빠 oppa with ~ㅇ(korean letter it's read ng) after 빠 bba because Koreans have this cutesy way of saying things so that they end with this ~ing sound typically on a higher octave.

eg.
빨랑 빨랑! (Bballang Bballang) — Hurry, hurry!
간다잉~ (Kan Da Ing) — I’m gonna leave!
사랑행~~! (Sa Rang Haeng) — I love youuuu~!
looool

방가 bangga : Originally 반갑다 bangabda which means to be glad. Also, 반가워 bangawoo . 방가 bangga is just shortened and with the ㄴ(korean letter n )in 반 ban changed to ㅇ(korean letter ng) . So why not write it the proper way?! I honestly do not know, but 반가 bangk or 방가baknggk are enunciated similarly, maybe they do it to sound cute, or maybe yknow… it’s just internet speak

i guess this is used among korean female since the meant to be cute way of talk !
and i take back my note for saying that boa didn't say jihoon oppa . she did say jihoon oppa in a cute way hahaha
hope it's clear ~
