Inspiration is hidden in the most unlikely places. Given I have a No1 on the side and No2 on top I hadn't look at these a while.
Gerhard Jenne, King of Cakes (Time Out), Prince of Icing (The Guardian) or more humbly, someone that can mix sugar, butter, eggs & flour and wield a piping bag!
