Download a tweak called MyStrings 2.0 and enable it in WinterBoard. After your iDevice resprings, open Settings and go to MyStrings 2.0 -> Applications -> Cydia and look for the "Reloading Data" section. Replace it with whatever you want. (Look at the attached screenshot.)
