You may obtain a Twitter account at no cost at www.twitter.com.) Each reply/retweet will constitute one (1) entry. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (PT) ON JANUARY 31, 2011. If you access Twitter and/or send and receive tweets via a mobile device, standard messaging and rates apply. ENTRY LIMIT: one (1) entry per participant. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Each participant may use only one (1) Twitter account to participate in this Sweepstakes and the same Twitter account may not be used by more than one (1) participant. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person assigned the Twitter account associated with the entry. SELECTION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNERS: Each of the first 2,011 eligible entries will receive a prize. If one of the first 2,011 entries is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entry. Eligibility verification will be conducted by the Judge/Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each winner must respond to the winner notification Twitter Message (“Winner Notification”) by sending a Twitter Message back to @dove_chocolate within five (5) business days of the date of the Winner Notification. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if Winner Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if entrant does not respond to Winner Notification within five (5) days after the date of such Winner Notification or if affidavit/release(s) is not returned within 14 days after sending to winner.
