Step 1: run some butter (or use the spray stuff) on a big piece of foil. Put you salmon filet on it. Salt and pepper it. Sprinkle on whatever herbs you like. Dill or chives ate both good. Sprinkle on some lemon juice and white wine. Top with a few lemon slices and dabs of butter (optional.) seal up the foil into a packet. Put in a baking pan and bake at 375f for about 25 or 30 minutes. Depend on the size of your filet. Remove from oven, cool completely. Save the juices. While it's cooking make the spinach according to package directions and chill.
