Just turn on my laptop and the wifi window pop up. When did our neighbors or someone in our area added in a unlock "Free Public Wifi"?? I'm tempted to check out the speed but at the same time I'm afraid if I go on it, someone going to hack into my laptop. HAHA Plus is not like I don't have my own internet ;)
