I would suggest sketching out things so you can get a solid concept down, I hope you aren't making this up as you go? Also the highlights on the upper arm are brighter than the ones on the lower arm and that red cloth on the hand does not match at all.

wow that shading is weird. and the arm by the elbow looks like a raster image was thrown in there...
