NERD, Inc APPROVED BAYOU BREW is helping the kids. Bayou Brew is assisting the school of Waren Easton in their entrepreneurial challenge to participate in New Orleans Entrepreneur Week!!! We had a few ideas: First, we started making them gallons of Bayou Brew (SmarTea is their brand) which they sell on a pre order basis similar to girl scout cookies. They have a much higher profit margin this way. Do you have anyone that we can contact with the Saints, Hornets, City of New Orleans, City Hall or other corporate settings to allow them to sell gallons to staff or members?
