=baby carrot and egg toast=

In my small organic vegetable garden, my baby carrots are still too small to eat. Carrots can not grow alone due to their unstable proportion of their roots and their parts above ground. The tiny carrots in the picture have stems and leaves oven 30 cm.
In order not to tumble down, they should stay together.
The carrot roots are pre-“sauté”-ed with butter. I love fried carrot leaves with egg.
