Talk about ENERGY!!! and SATISFACTION!!! You have to try these HIP PINK & RED smoothies!!!!! Low calories, packed with Protien and vitimans and antioxidants!!! Check it out!!!!
You need to get with your local REP and order your PINK & RED today!!!
1. 1 pack of RED or PINK
2. 4 tablespoons of Fage(unflavored Greek yogurt)... Costco has it(20 grams of protien)
3. 1 scoop of your Favorite Protien powder,(mine is vanilla,& 10Grams protien)
4. Frozen Fruit.....I used 4 FROZEN Strawberries for my husbands shake, for me I use 1/4 cup blueberries and 2 FROZEN Strawberries
5. 8 oz of water....that's it or a little less.
Just play with it, be creative....USE FROZEN Mango's or Peaches, to your taste. Not to much , and you can keep the calories down under 150 and Packed with protien!!! You will be Full and not hungry!!! So good!!!! Use as a Meal Replacement
