David Wallace says: "I was born and brought up in Eaglesham and spent much of my youth on and around the Whitelee site. Personally autumn and winter are my favourite seasons on this moor there is often a haunting quality to the light and somehow even the bleakness is appealing - perhaps it's just the uniqueness of a Scottish moor - I think moors get more attractive as life gets ever more hectic and we are lucky in Scotland to have such beautiful landscapes within easy reach" Light Fades to the West is the name of David's second picture
