=Cod, lentils, and various green vegetables soup=
These pieces of cod are raw from a local supermarket.
They are salted and black-pepper-ed and kept in a fridge for 2 days.
They are dredge in rice-powder and grilled with chopped garlic first.
The lentils are cooked with stir-fried with chopped onion and various herbs and green vegetables. I put the grilled cod in the soup, after the lentils cooked soft.
Cod matches very well with lentils. It does not look fancy. But very tasty.
