A hotel 'Do Not Disturb' sign applies to *calling* as well as knocking on the door. Calling my room a few times a day, where I keep getting *disturbed* and have to keep asking you not to call, is not honoring our 'Do Not Disturb' agreement you include with a person's stay at your hotel. After a week, I've found a solution for our misunderstanding that works.
