Wilmington - McDonald’s Restaurants of the Greater Philadelphia Region sponsored the fourth annual Ronald McDonald® Tour de Fitness today, which featured Ronald McDonald biking to Highlands, Warner and Shortlidge Academy elementary schools. Ronald met with more than 1,000 students and a number of district officials in an effort to raise awareness for bike safety and the importance of leading balanced, active lifestyles. McDonald’s also donated $1,000 to each school’s physical education program.
