=Okras(left) & Okra-Flowers(right) and TON-JIRU: Pork and SATOIMO (Japanese Yam potato) MISO soup=
Today, I purchased very fresh Okra flowers (buds).
I simply boiled them in salt water and had them with PONZU (soy sauce and citrus juice).
Okra-flowers taste mild and contain slimy liquid in them.
