Dredging the Redoubt lava dome. Pilot: Mike Brandau, Pathfinder 206-B3 helicopter. Dredge: "JAWS", provided by John Pallister, USGS-CVO (Net added by Rick Wessels, AVO-USGS). JAWS is attached to the ship by a 100' longline. Two dredge-runs were completed, providing multiple samples from 1) mid-dome elevation (N side), and 2) top of the dome.
