@babikitti2006, and you don't know how to read a fractional number. It's 0.25 cents, not 25 cents.

For those of you who don't know what a decimal point is: the sign reads that Waffles and Pancakes can be bought for $0.0025.

0.25 X 400 = 100.00
0.25 X 4 = 1.00
