Chef Hat Display
The hat is a chocolate cake filled with swiss buttercream combined with orange chocolate ganache and dulce de leche (milk jam) covered with marshmallow fondant. the "rolling pin" (it actually looks more like a baguette) is a lemon curd roulade and the sponge cake was brushed with a sweet lavender syrup and covered with the fondant as well.
