Here's a top view. The input is a little crooked, and JP2 is off a bit. All of the jumpers were hard to do.

Just got done tagging all the parts. If JP1 only: Fullwave, no filter on TP3. JP1 and 2 only, Full wave w/ cap filter. JP 2, 3, 4: Fullwave w/ 5 volt regulator on TP6.
