【ATAUAGE TO KOMATSUNA NO ITAMENI】
Stir-fried and cooked Fried TOFU and KOMATSUNA (green vegetable a little like spinach)
It is not a fancy and photogenic food.
I like it best. I can live on it.
***Some kind of DASHI (soup-base), soy-source, a little sugar, SAKE (rice wine) or MIRIN (glutinous rice wine) are needed.
I stir-fry KOMATSUNA with a little bit of vegetable oil and salt first.
Then I take the fried KOMATSUNA out of a pan.
I put cut ATSUAGE (fried TOFU) in the pan with***.
After the TOFU is cooked, I return the KOMATSUNA in the pan and gently heat them in a very short moment.
