More than 10,000 people are expected at the God & Country rally at the Idaho Center Wednesday night (June 30). To accommodate heavy event traffic, the westbound I-84 off-ramp will be closed at Garrity for a few hours that night, starting around 10:15 p.m. when it is dark enough for the fireworks display. Traffic also will stopped from going north under the bridge. ITD, the city of Nampa, Nampa Police and Idaho State Police are collaborating on the traffic plans.
