【Eggplant and tomato sauté with ONTAMA (soft boiled egg at below boiling point)】
When I boil chicken, pork, or beef, I try making at least 2 different side dishes. Usually, I take out meat from the pot. In the soup, I add extra vegetables. The meat is cut and put into some salad or stir-fry things. I am an economical or stingy person.
The ingredients of today’s soup are pumpkin, radish, onion, and sweet corn. 
The boiled chicken wings for the today’s soup will be used tomorrow.
