Its his his script. he's got thicker lenses (which means his eyesight prolly isn't that great) and that makes your eyes look smaller. I should know lol. I'm practically blind and i have coke bottle lenses which make my eyes look tiny :/
I noticed this watching Season 2 eps yesterday and it disturbed me. XD
