I'm guessing the 12th LP will be either Phantom Hourglass cuz he got the plushie,Super Paper Mario, or a new series. Sonic Maybe?

a sequel to Super Mario Sunshine. Super Paper Mario is a sequel to PMTTYD.

But he said one of his games will be a sequel to a game he's done before. I don't think SLG is ...

Also #12 can't be SPM cuz he said that number 12 would be a new series so Okami is mah guess
