Corona Fire broke out returning from mtg. I put down camera, picked up a hose & started an initial attack on fire Corona Brush Fire 91 FWY at Green River Business meeting in Perris and on the drive home a fire! We were all alone for 12 minutes before the first Corona engine arrived. To the left: The construction type water tender held 2500 gallons of water, the equivalent of 5 typical fire engines. We succeeded in keeping the fire away from some corralled horses that could not escape the fire. We did control the spread of the fire to the east and no one was hurt. By the way the Nikon D90 digital camera sucks! GLE You just don't know what the day will bring.
