【Malayan-ish satay-ish chicken & egg-plant and coconut spicy curry brown rice congee(right)】
Sallow-Fry tasted (salt, miso, sake lees, ginger, garlic, some peppers and curry powder etc.) chicken first and take it out from a pan.
Add oil a little and chopped onion and egg-plant and coconut powder to fry.
Add miso, curry powder, rum, raisin, and nam pla (fish sauce).
Add already boiled brown rice to heat.
Return the grilled (fried) chicken and mix them gently.
It tastes sweet and spicy and juicy and light.
【TAIYAKI style tortilla Espanola】
For 2 fishes: 1 egg, 1 potato(slightly bigger than an egg), small portion of carrot, a little bit of NIRA (Chinese chive), chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
Sliced potato and carrot and NIRA must be stir-fried in advance.
Add them in beaten egg…..
