I say the focal point is the red rope encased legs in the top left hand corner. Like what you see at a Museum! Also those heads look like they have those old archaeological type helmet hat things you see in the movies. So I support the dig site/ archaeolo

There seems to be a man with Super Mario moustache next to the rope, so i think it is a new game.

It looks like a guided tour around a museum and the dwarf tour guide is showing everyone a skeleton dog or something. And bizarrely all the tourists are wearing the same hat. Although I may be wrong (LOL).
