@philbailie The Hummingbird Bakery in London published a recipe book. One of their recipes is Red Velvet Cupcakes. The recipe uses 40ml red food colouring mixed with the cocoa so u get a deep red velvet sponge. Very beautiful to look at with the contrast of the cream cheese frosting.
