Please spare a moment on May 9, 2010 for Denver and the dogs that have been killed because they have blocky heads and short coats. It was on May 9, 2005 that Denver began to enforce its breed ban again after a hiatus. Since that day 5 years ago, over 3000+ dogs have been killed for how they look.Many Denver Families who lost their cherished pets will be grieving tomorrow. Please light a candle in hope this Breed Ban will be put to rest one day soon. In the mean time Happy Mother's Day to all of you who have 2 legged and 4 legged kids.
