Dinner: Stir-Fry made w/ 1 oz. whole wheat pasta, stir-fry frozen vegetables, cold press extra virgin olive oil, 1 mushroom, some sort of stir-fry broth (from WW) & red pepper flakes.  IT WAS SOOO GOOD! (Seasme seeds would have made it prettier, but I was too hungry to dress it up lol).
