as its lower case letters and there is some debate as to the 1 letter being a q or a b i went with b first and best one i could come up with is bi mutant (not that they are mutants) because the other pieces of paper have no letters on them

matt quin. does look most likely. The "m" has part of the "a" in it, the big space fits the one "t".

perhaps it says,' i am but a man.' or 'i'm a butt man.' everyone has their weakness. humans are weak in some form.

It's possible that the scrambled letters refer to dyslexia. that could be their weakness.

I think the whole point was that the author wonders if everyone will think of their own weakness when trying to unscramble the letters.

I think that "b" is actually a "q" and the letter hiding behind the "n." is an "I". Also, the "m" looks to have space in front of it but a partial cutoff of a letter after it.
