I went from 187 pounds to 132 pounds by adding 2 miles running a day, 1 hour misc exercise, Redline, and this:
Im a 3rd year undergrad and student athletic trainer at UCD. I'm also a former collegiate tae kwon do fighter and currently train in muay thai kickboxing
