We received a replacement Google Search Appliance from Google after the first GSA we had went tits up with a SEGFAULT. The replacement was DOA. What the hell is up with you, Google? This is totally unacceptable.

Guess what??? The *new* replacement is now dead, also... WTF! Waiting for a replacement replacement replacement now.
