Thanks for the info! I'd wondered if box was okonomiyaki mix. I always have sushi vinegar in my pantry + a particular Japanese pepper mix 'Shichimi Togarashi'. Occasionally miso paste & udon. Your supplies are a feast for the eyes ;)

Haha.. thought it might get ur attention. :) Yep its ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, ricotta and parmesan. I love it. My current fave pasta! I like it with just melted butter and sage. Mmmm... :) The red lid & boxed stuff is both japanese dashi stock powder
