Lance, thanks for the photos. Hope you can drop in on Melbourne town while you in Oz. Maybe after you win the tour down under you can come for a spin down beach road...what a dream that would be. x

Know any good Climbs in Honolulu?

surfdog1226 2113 days ago

Any time for SUPing? It is always tough to do after you get off the bike.

jacqimoore 2113 days ago

Good training for sure though! Kinda reminds me of IM AZ 2007. 40+mph winds for 112 miles. Yuck.

carlsbadjeff 2113 days ago

Wow, I feel like such a wimp. I whine if the temperature drops below 50F or the wind pick up over 7 mph! San Diego spoils you.

chadsmith71 2113 days ago

Just think: Ironman Hawaii competitors go through 112 miles of that wind (it is almost always windy, sometimes 40 mph gusts), then run a marathon. After swimming over 2 miles. Crazy.

...And in HIS nightmares, Ullrich looks up, and sees this, pulling away. Another great one, Liz.
